For over 40 years, John Wm. Macy's has been a secret weapon for hosts of all kinds. It was the name you didn’t know, but the same snacks you’ve been enjoying for years. “These are the ones” was designed specifically to provide that clarity. Yes, these are the snacks you had at that wedding, or BBQ.
We began by building up momentum on online platforms with content that focused on who we are, followed by video, animation and static content that showed how we fit in.
I chose to make our video content about the void that John Wm. Macy’s snacks could fill for customers. Cheese, butter and sourdough all baked into one delicious cracker led way to a great customer benefit. No prep work. Just open, and serve, and you’re done.
I led a team of 14 freelancers, acted as lead producer on all 12 content videos + all work across all channels including consumer and trade in both in-store, and in-conference, and built the John Wm. Macy’s brand into one that would thrive in digital and see significant improvement across several key sales channels both on and off line.
