    For American Express Black Card Members, no request is too large, extravagant or creative. The heart of the American Express brand will always extraordinary service. Here are several examples of that service at its very best. This book was mailed globally to every Black Card member. Each story was told by an American Express customer service representative.

    Boutique ad agency RNCD (2004) partnered with Cable Positive (An HIV awareness charity) to create spots that would encourage teens to think about each day as opportunity to make a smart choice regarding your body. These aired nationally on cable television and sent viewers to a website where they could ask questions, and get answers.

    This Sony Digital Imaging DRTV spot pulled twice the expected response from a national cable media buy, and ran for over two years on all major cable networks. In it, we see a man who needs digital imaging help, and we're trying to say that if you can relate to him, then get the guide. Why not? it's Sony, and it's free.
